These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of heightcomparisonhub.com and all associated tools, content, and services. By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the Site.

1. Use of the Site

HeightComparison Hub provides a free visual tool for comparing the heights of celebrities, athletes, public figures, fictional characters, and user-supplied entries. You may use the Site for personal, non-commercial purposes, including curiosity, education, costume planning, content creation, and general entertainment.

You agree not to:

• Use the Site or its content in any unlawful manner or for any unlawful purpose.
• Attempt to scrape, copy, or republish substantial portions of our database or tool without written permission.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or interfere with the underlying code, infrastructure, or security of the Site.
• Use automated systems (bots, crawlers, scrapers) to access the Site at a rate that disrupts service for other users.
• Misrepresent any output of the comparison tool as an official measurement or endorsement.

2. Accuracy of Height Data

All celebrity, athlete, and public figure heights listed on the Site have been compiled from publicly available sources, including official profiles, sports federation records, interviews, and reputable third-party databases such as CelebHeights. We make reasonable efforts to cross-reference and verify heights, but we do not guarantee perfect accuracy.

3. No Affiliation with Celebrities or Public Figures

HeightComparison Hub is an independent project. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any of the celebrities, athletes, musicians, actors, influencers, sports leagues, film studios, record labels, or other public figures or organizations referenced on the Site. All names, likenesses (where used), and references are included for informational and comparative purposes only under principles of fair use and public interest.

If you are a public figure (or an authorized representative) and would like a correction, clarification, or removal of your information, please contact us and we will respond promptly.

4. Intellectual Property

All original content on this Site, including but not limited to the comparison tool design, silhouette graphics, blog articles, layout, branding, custom plugins, and source code, is the intellectual property of HeightComparison Hub unless otherwise stated. This content is protected by applicable copyright and trademark law.

You may share short excerpts and links to our content with proper attribution. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from substantial portions of our content without prior written permission.

Celebrity names and any third-party trademarks remain the property of their respective owners and are used here only for identification and comparative reference.

5. User-Submitted Content

The Site allows you to manually add custom entries (with a name and height) to the comparison chart. These entries are processed locally in your browser session and are not stored on our servers unless you submit them to us via the contact form or by email.

If you submit suggestions, corrections, celebrity requests, or other feedback to us, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use that input to improve the Site. You agree that any content you submit:

• Is accurate to the best of your knowledge.
• Does not violate the rights of any third party.
• Is not defamatory, abusive, obscene, or otherwise unlawful.

6. Third-Party Links and Services

The Site may contain links to third-party websites, sources, or services. These links are provided for convenience and reference. We do not control, endorse, or assume responsibility for the content, privacy practices, or accuracy of any third-party site. Accessing third-party links is at your own risk.

7. Advertising and Analytics

Our total liability for any direct damages arising under these Terms shall not exceed one hundred Indian Rupees (₹100) or its equivalent.
