How to Use the
Height Comparison Tool

It takes about 10 seconds to get your first comparison. Here’s everything you need to know.

Go to the homepage. The tool loads instantly.

Add People
Type a name + height, or pick from 139+ celebrities.

Method 1: Add a Custom Person

Use the “Add Person” tab in the left sidebar to enter anyone manually.

Enter a name
Type any name — yourself, a friend, a fictional character, anyone.

Enter the height
Switch between feet/inches and centimetres using the toggle. Enter the height in whichever unit you prefer.

Choose gender type
Select Male or Female. This changes the silhouette shape on the chart.

Pick a colour
Choose a colour for the silhouette. Makes it easy to tell people apart when comparing multiple entries.

Click “Add Person”
They’ll appear on the chart instantly. Add as many people as you want!

Method 2: Browse Celebrities

Click the “Celebrities” tab in the sidebar to access our database of 139+ fact-checked heights.

Search or browse by category
Use the search bar to find someone by name, or tap a category pill (Hollywood, Bollywood, K-Pop, Athletes, Musicians, Influencers) to filter.

Click any celebrity
One click and they’re instantly added to the chart with their verified height. No extra steps.

Mix and match
Add celebrities alongside custom people. Compare yourself against Taylor Swift, then throw in LeBron James — go wild.

Reading the Chart

Height Scale
Grid lines on both sides show heights in cm (left) and ft/in (right). Every silhouette is drawn to exact proportional scale.

🖱️
Hover to Highlight
Hover over any person in the sidebar list to highlight them on the chart. Their silhouette pops while others fade — great for spotting someone in a crowd.

📈
Stats Bar
When you have 2 or more people, the stats bar shows the tallest, shortest, height difference, and average height automatically.

🎨
Colour Coded
Each person gets their own colour. Custom entries use the colour you pick. Celebrities are auto-assigned a colour when added.

Managing Your Entries

Remove one person
Click the ✕ button next to any name in the sidebar list to remove them from the chart.

🧹
Clear all
Click “Clear All” at the top of the chart to remove everyone and start fresh.

❓ Common Questions

Is there a limit to how many people I can add?

No hard limit. You can add as many as you want. The chart scrolls horizontally if needed.

Can I save my comparison?

The tool runs entirely in your browser and doesn’t save data. If you refresh or close the page, your entries are gone. Take a screenshot if you want to keep a comparison!

How do I switch between cm and feet?

In the “Add Person” form, there’s a toggle to switch between ft/in and cm. The chart always displays both units on either side for easy reading.

A celebrity height looks wrong. What do I do?

Send us a message on the Contact page with the name and the height you believe is correct (with a source if possible). We’ll verify and update it.

Can I request a celebrity to be added?

Absolutely. Contact us with the name and we’ll research their height and add them to the database.
